6 eggs

1/2 cup shredded kashkaval cheese

How to prepare toast with eggs and cheese:
1- We prepare the toast, and using a small spoon, we press in the middle of the toast until we reach the edges, leave it high, and it becomes more like a plate.

2- Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil and half of the toast

3- Put a quantity of kashkaval cheese on top of the toast

4- Break the eggs over the kashkaval cheese

5- We put it in the oven at a medium temperature for 10 minutes, until the egg whites are cooked

6- Take it out and sprinkle a little salt and pepper and it is ready to serve
