Fried cordon bleu recipe
The Cordon Bleu is chicken breast stuffed with turkey and cheese, then breaded and fried in dipped oil. Served with fries and salads. It is easy to prepare and the family will surely love it. How to make Fried Cordon Bleu: 1- In an electric blender, place the onion and chop until smooth. 2- In a resealable plastic bag, place the chicken pieces, add the chopped onions, salt, pepper, hot pepper, vinegar, lemon and milk. 3- The bag is closed and left to soak in the marinade for two hours or more. 4-Then the chicken breasts are taken and pounded with the designated hammer until the chicken breasts soften. 5- Place a slice of cheese and a slice of turkey on each chicken breast, and roll well 6- We continue like this until we finish all the chicken pieces. 7- In another bowl, put the beaten eggs, another bowl of flour, and another bowl of bread crumbs, adding a little salt and pepper. 8- Heat the oil in a pot over the fire, then dip the chicken breasts in flour, then eggs, then bread crumbs. 9-Then we fry all the chicken pieces in oil.
