Gingerbread custard with biscuit
Ingredients: A third of a cup of ground ginger biscuits 1 teaspoon of honey 1 piece of ginger, about 2 inches A third of a cup of fat cream 2 tablespoons of sugar 3 tablespoons of lemon juice Half a cup of blackberry and blueberry fruit ,
How to prepare :
1- Place the crushed biscuits at the bottom of a glass or cup
2- Add honey to the biscuits and, using a fork, stir the honey and biscuits
3- Put the biscuits with honey in the freezer until you finish the custard,
4- Finely chop the peeled ginger to extract the ginger juice from it, so that you have about a tablespoon of ginger juice.
5- Put the heavy cream on a medium heat, add the sugar, and let the mixture boil over the fire for 5 minutes.
6- Then remove the cream from the heat and add the lemon juice and ginger juice. Leave the mixture to cool for about 20 minutes.
7- Pour the warm cream over the ground ginger biscuits and place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
