Gooey Brownie Pie is a decadent dessert that combines the rich, fudgy texture of brownies with the indulgent gooeyness of a pie.

Here’s a recipe to make this delicious treat:

For the crust: 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into small cubes 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 2-3 tablespoons ice water For the brownie filling: 1/2 cup unsalted butter 1 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt Optional

Vanilla ice cream Chocolate syrup Whipped cream Chopped nuts Instructions: Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare the crust: In a food processor, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add the cold butter cubes and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add the ice water, one tablespoon at a time, and pulse until the dough starts to come together.

Be careful not to overmix. Press the dough into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides. Place the pie dish in the refrigerator while you prepare the brownie filling. Make the brownie filling: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gradually add the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, stirring until just combined. Assemble the pie: Pour the brownie filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.

Bake the pie: Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey. The top should have a shiny, crackly crust. Cool and serve: Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving. Serve warm slices of gooey brownie pie with optional toppings such as vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, or chopped nuts. Enjoy the irresistible combination of fudgy brownie and flaky pie crust in this gooey brownie pie!
