Homemade Big Mac wrap:

1 large flour tortilla 1/4 lb (115g) ground beef 1 tablespoon vegetable oil Salt and pepper to taste 2 slices American cheese 2 tablespoons diced onions 2 tablespoons shredded lettuce 2 tablespoons diced pickles 2 tablespoons Big Mac sauce (see recipe below) For the Big Mac sauce: 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons French dressing 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish 1 teaspoon yellow mustard 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Start by making the Big Mac sauce. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, French dressing, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix well and set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Warm the flour tortilla in a separate skillet or in the microwave for a few seconds until pliable. Place the warm tortilla on a clean surface.

Spread a layer of Big Mac sauce over the center of the tortilla. Place the cooked ground beef on top of the sauce. Add the diced onions, shredded lettuce, and diced pickles on top of the ground beef. Place the American cheese slices on top of the veggies.
