Leftovers

Leftover Stir-Fry Ingredients:

Leftover cooked meat (such as chicken, beef, or pork), sliced or shredded Leftover cooked vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, or peas) Leftover cooked rice or noodles 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional) Salt and pepper to taste Optional garnishes: chopped green onions, sesame seeds, or cilantro Instructions: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the leftover meat and stir-fry for a couple of minutes until heated through. Add the leftover vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are warmed up. If using cooked rice, break up any clumps and add it to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the rice is heated through and well combined with the meat and vegetables. If using noodles, add them to the skillet and toss them with the other ingredients. Drizzle the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) over the mixture and toss everything together to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, or cilantro, if desired.

Serve hot and enjoy your delicious leftover stir-fry! Feel free to get creative and add additional seasonings or sauces to enhance the flavors. You can also incorporate other leftover ingredients like eggs, tofu, or additional vegetables to make it even more substantial.
