Pizza cheesy crust recipe
Ingredients: 1 lb. pizza dough (homemade or store-bought) 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1/2 tsp. dried oregano Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Stretch the pizza dough out into a circle or rectangle shape (depending on your preference) and place it onto a pizza pan or baking sheet. Mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano in a small bowl. Brush the butter mixture onto the edge of the pizza dough, leaving about 1/2 inch of dough without the mixture. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese onto the edge of the pizza dough where the butter mixture was applied. Then, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the mozzarella cheese. Carefully fold the edge of the pizza dough over the cheese, creating a crust. Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
