Simple Pasta Carbonara recipe

Ingredients: 1 pound spaghetti or any long pasta 1/2 pound bacon, diced 4 cloves garlic, minced 4 large eggs 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish Instructions: Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta and set aside. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crisp and browned. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the bacon and garlic, and toss to combine. Remove the skillet from the heat, then pour the egg mixture over the pasta, stirring quickly to coat the pasta evenly. If the pasta seems dry, add a splash or two of the reserved pasta cooking water to loosen it up. The heat from the pasta will cook the eggs, creating a creamy sauce. Divide the pasta carbonara among bowls, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious and simple Pasta Carbonara!
