Prepare the oven at a temperature of 205°.2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat.3. Add onions and garlic for 4 minutes, add tomatoes, salt and capsicum, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, and leave it to boil slowly for 15 minutes or until it becomes thick, stirring it from time to time, and put the parsley and basil on it and remove them from the fire until it cools.4. Form a 10-inch circle from the dough on a lightly floured surface, and place the dough in a greased pizza tray .Press your hand against the sides of the pizza to form an edge higher than the level of the dough.5. Place the tomato mixture on top of the baked dough, leaving a quarter inch space on the edges. Put the Turkish chicken on top, sprinkle the cheese on top, and leave it at a temperature of 205° for 10 minutes until it turns golden.
